It's a place on the smaller, cozier side with delicious food and attentive wait staff. Their sushi was impeccable, and I've enjoyed both their bulgogi dinner box as well as their udon soup. The food is fantastic in quality, flavor, as well as presentation. My only qualm was that the mochi had an odd, unpleasant shell, but that's more a personal taste than anything else. I enjoyed this restaurant, and should I be in Lexington again I'd quite like to come back! I'd definitely recommend stopping by!

One of the best sushi restaurants I have ever eaten at, and I eat sushi every town I go to. Christian, our server, was very knowledgeable and on top of everything. He, along with the fresh delicious sushi, made dinner perfect. I hope I have to go back to Lexington just so I can eat here again . The Fire Roll was literally and the others were great too. I tried some things I don’t usually try and all were delicious.

SO GOOD! totally would recommend. the waiter was great, sushi was amazing. My friend and I went on a super last minute decision and were very happy w our experience. Sushi was delicious, gyozas were tasty, sushi rice was nice as well. Will definitely be coming back!! As a college student, their hours are awesome

We absolutely LOVE Sushi Blue. We have been coming here for years, the owner is a sweetheart and a hard worker. The food and drinks are amazing. So are the desserts! Great place to celebrate, we come every year for our anniversary.

One of the best places for sushi and rice bowls in Lexington! Their spicy edamame is the best appetizer, and them being open until 2am is just an added bonus for us late diners!

Been eating sushi since 2000, this is the best roll and miso soup I've ever eaten. I had the Atomic Bomb Roll that has tuna inside seaweed and rice with avocado and jalapeno and salmon on the outside with amazing pink and white sauce drizzle. Prices are very standard for sushi, the chicken fried rice with miso seamed a bit expensive. The Ramen noodles with chicken was also excellent, served in a broth with a perfect hint of spice and zip. The Ghaza app was also good but sometimes over seared on one side and under seared on the other. The accompanied picture is the Atomic Bomb Roll.... Always ask for extra soy or accompanied sauces...

We did not plan to visit a land locked state and seek out sushi, but we got a craving and we're glad we did. Sushi blue was good and a great value. We had 2 appetizers, 7 rolls, and 15 pieces of sushi. This plus drinks was under 200. That definitely would not happen in Austin. The on fire roll was both an impressive presentation and an excellent roll. The yellow fin with avocado appetizer was good too. Stacy our service was polite, knowledgeable and attentive. Overall it was a wonderful surprise.

This was our first time here tonight and the waitress was very helpful in assisting us with what to order, I wish I could've remembered her name, but she was awesome! The food we had was AMAZING! I cannot wait to go back and have that Chicken Ramen Bowl again!
